Equal Vision Records is proud to welcome Detroit, MI's We Came As Romans to its roster! The band was recently featured in Alternative Press' "Hometown Heroes" special (AP #247), having been voted #1 by the magazine's readers.

The band -- vocalists David Stephens and Kyle Pavone, guitarists Joshua Moore and Lou Cotton, bassist Andrew Glass, and drummer Eric Choi -- have been extremely active since the release of their breakout EP, Dreams, on tours with the likes of Our Last Night, Gwen Stacy, and The Number 12 Looks Like You. The sextet is continuing their busy streak, hitting the road with A Plea For Purging and Burden Of A Day on April 24th. The forthcoming full US trek will conclude May 22nd in Minnesota, just before the band heads to the studio to record their debut LP.After his work on Dreams, We Came As Romans has decided to once again record with producer Joey Sturgis (The Devil Wears Prada, Emarosa, Before Their Eyes) at his Foundation Recording Studio in Connersville, IN this June. Fearless Records, in business since 1994, has an exciting roster of bands on the rise and has been home to greats such as Plain White T's, Sugarcult, At The Drive-in. The label offers a diverse selection of alternative rock, punk, and hardcore. On the pop side, Fearless has developed The Maine, Mayday Parade, Every Avenue, and Plain White T’s. On the heavier side of the roster there are A Static Lullaby, A Skylit Drive, and Alesana. And for those that like their rock experimental, there is Gatsbys American Dream and Portugal The Man. Some of Fearless Records newest bands include The Word Alive, Sparks the Rescue, and Motionless in White. Fearless Records is also home to the "Punk Goes Series," which is one of the top themed compilation series available.Fearless Records, an independent record label in Huntington Beach, is hiring interns for the summer semester.

PUNCHLINE and OVER IT have teamed up to release a split 7 inch vinyl featuring two exclusive songs.
The OVER IT side features an all acoustic version of "Partner In Crime," while the PUNCHLINE side features a previously unreleased version of "Battlescars." For this release both bands have thrown aside their fast pop punk tempos. Despite the stripped down approach, each band pumps out an exclusive track showing these hardworking talents can go soft but still rock.
