PUNCHLINE and OVER IT have teamed up to release a split 7 inch vinyl featuring two exclusive songs.
The OVER IT side features an all acoustic version of "Partner In Crime," while the PUNCHLINE side features a previously unreleased version of "Battlescars." For this release both bands have thrown aside their fast pop punk tempos. Despite the stripped down approach, each band pumps out an exclusive track showing these hardworking talents can go soft but still rock.

This is Inept's first time headlining at the House of Blues!!! In lite of an awesome Metro show a month ago, we've been asked to once again, take on a supporting role in their show downtown. This will be an incredible show for everyone involved from the performers to the viewers.
PLEASE...never let your mouths close!! If you've seen us recently and you were impressed, please tell your friends!
If you've been listening to us for 3 years already, PLEASE tell more friends!! We've gotta kill at this thing!! We've called on the family here mulitple times since the middle of December and you guys have MORE than answered back.
158 of you came to see us at the Metro, and at the 80's show this last weekend you were a part of the performance, singing the songs, screaming right back into our faces and finally attempting to take over the stage.
Guys, you are awesome and it makes us so proud to know we can expect to see you guys regularly. Every show is SO much fun no matter who is there. We're so glad to have you and so glad you'll have us.
This show is different and it isn't different. Its not different, because we expect the same thing from you as we do every show, and you'll expect the same thing from us as you do every show.
But it IS different because this is where WE, as a family, will once again try to show Chicago what we're made of.
We cannot do this without our family. We need you guys there.
